Bence advises on corporate, M&A and commercial matters in domestic and cross-border transactions, covering the full spectrum of corporate law and general commercial operations. As a Qualified Healthcare Law Specialist, he has particular expertise in the life sciences sector, advising pharmaceutical and medical device companies on regulatory, compliance and distribution matters, clinical trials, market authorisation and reimbursement, as well as related competition and consumer protection issues.

Bence’s arrival further strengthens LKT’s Corporate/M&A and life sciences capabilities, particularly in highly regulated industries.
