We advise on acquisitions, developments and refurbishments, financings (including non-disturbance agreements), hotel management and franchise arrangements, built-to-suit lease agreements, as well as complex mixed-use projects and conversions.

We have also assisted clients in developing their business concept to be in line with Hungarian hotel qualification requirements. Our team has substantial experience in the preparation and negotiation of town settlement agreements with local municipalities, as well as design agreements and intellectual property related matters.
