New Counsel at LKT: Botond Horváth

We are pleased to share that Botond Horváth has been promoted to Counsel at LKT.

Botond is a valued member of our Corporate practice group, advising clients on transactional, corporate law and capital markets matters. He has particular experience in structuring and negotiating joint ventures and handling related contentious issues, as well as in equity capital markets transactions and complex financial regulatory matters. In addition to his strong focus on the financial sector, Botond is also actively involved in our Private Client practice and regularly supports clients across a wide range of industries.
