Kornél is a key member of our Corporate and M&A practice groups, advising clients across the full spectrum of corporate law. His primary focus is on mergers and acquisitions and capital restructurings, where he combines transactional expertise with strong accounting and capital structure knowledge. He has been involved in several significant domestic M&A transactions as well as global deals affecting Hungary, and he also represents clients in dispute resolution and insolvency matters connected to his practice area.
