Ágnes joins our firm and will work across our Real Estate, Corporate and M&A, as well as Banking & Finance Groups, bringing her more than 20 years of professional experience. Prior to joining LKT, she served as Transactional Legal Director at one of Hungary’s leading real estate investment groups, where she played a key role in structuring and executing high-value, cross-border transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

She has extensive expertise in complex real estate acquisitions, developments and disposals, typically supported by bank and structured financing solutions,with transactional experience spanning Southern Europe and the CEE region, Ágnes provides commercially focused, risk-aware advice that integrates real estate and financing considerations in a practical and strategic manner.
