Ágnes Fábry is an Of Counsel and contributes her expertise across the Real Estate, Corporate and M&A and Banking & Finance Groups having 20 years of professional experience. Prior to joining our office, Ágnes held the position of transactional legal director at one of Hungary’s leading real estate investment groups, where she played a key role in structuring and executing high-value, cross-border transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

Ágnes accumulated substantial experience in sophisticated real estate acquisitions, developments and disposals, predominantly financed through bank and structured financing solutions. Her transactional work spanned a wide geographic footprint, including Southern Europe and the CEE region. Her practice is characterized by a strong integration of real estate, banking and finance considerations, allowing her to provide commercially focused and risk-aware advice on complex investments.

Ágnes obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law of József Attila University and holds a postgraduate specialist qualification in banking law from Pázmány Péter Catholic University. Besides her native Hungarian, she speaks fluent English and intermediate German.
