Lakatos, Köves & Partners announce arrival of prominent Corporate Counsel, Viktória Szilágyi

We are pleased to announce that experienced Corporate/M&A lawyer Viktória Szilágyi has joined LKT’s Corporate team. Viktória joins us from leading Hungarian independent law firm Nagy & Trócsányi where she trained and worked for many years, latterly as a partner of the Corporate/M&A practice. Viktória’s practice embraces general commercial law advice to some of the larger foreign corporates active in Hungary and transactional work with a special focus on the renewable energy and healthcare sectors. Viktória is Chair of the CEE Sub-Regional Group of the International Bar Association’s European Regional Forum, was appointed Consultant on corporate law matters at the Lawyer’s Academy organized by the Budapest Bar Association and is a Member of the Professional Committee of the Hungarian Bar Association.

Viktória’s arrival will bolster the existing LKT offering in this area, joining Richard Lock, Iván Sólyom and Ádám Máttyus, the Partners leading the Corporate/M&A group.
