Professional experience

Adrienn Mándoki is a senior associate of our Dispute Resolution team since 2016, with a strong focus on distressed situations. She represents clients across a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters in Hungary and the CEE region, acting for both creditors and debtors.
Adrienn has advised on some of Hungary’s most significant liquidation proceedings in recent years. In addition to restructuring and insolvency work, Adrienn regularly advises clients on the acquisition and workout of NPL portfolios, as well as on other methods of claim enforcement such as judicial enforcements, payment orders, and security realization. Her work often involves helping clients to avoid or manage distressed situations through early intervention, legal structuring, and strategic dispute resolution. She is a member of INSOL Europe.
