Nóra Kertai is a lawyer specialising in banking & finance, capital markets, and aviation law. She graduated from the University of Szeged and completed a year of study at the University of London. In 2026, she obtained the Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance from the Irish Law Society.

Her expertise encompasses cross-border financing transactions, corporate financing, acquisition finance, restructuring, and asset-based financing, with particular focus on aircraft sale and purchase, financing, and securitisation.

Nóra regularly advises on high-value acquisition financing structures, including sale and leaseback transactions, syndicated loan facilities, and secured financing arrangements across various sectors such as aviation, telecommunications, and real estate. She has extensive experience working with major lenders and international financial institutions in Central and Eastern Europe, assisting with multi-level financing, share and asset deal acquisitions, and acquisition debt restructuring.
