Balázs Vincze is an Associate at Lakatos, Köves & Partners, representing clients across the firm’s Litigation and Competition practice groups.

Balázs focuses his practice primarily on complex commercial litigation, cross-border arbitration, and competition law related litigation matters. He has extensive experience representing multinational clients in high-stakes corporate disputes, including multiple arbitrations involving foreign entities, as well as multi-year private enforcement litigation arising from alleged cartels. His litigation work extends to complex defective performance claims for major international corporations, notably leading consumer goods manufacturers in the CEE region.

Alongside his dispute resolution practice, Balázs regularly acts in high-profile administrative litigation and competition proceedings before the Hungarian courts and the Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH), where he has successfully achieved the annulment of administrative decisions and significant fine reductions. He also provides strategic regulatory and corporate advice on complex market entry projects and commercial partnerships across the healthcare, ride-hailing, construction, and consumer goods sectors.
