Professional experience

Boglár has been providing comprehensive legal advice and representation to international companies in connection with their operations in Hungary for more than twenty years.

She has extensive experience in complex cross-border M&A transactions and the transfer of business units (TOGC), including advising on related corporate, contractual, employment and tax matters, as well as conducting legal due diligence in connection with real estate transactions, particularly in the hotel industry. She strives to approach legal matters from a practical and business-oriented perspective, drawing on her experience throughout the entire transaction process, from structuring and due diligence through the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation to closing. She obtained her law degree from Eötvös Loránd University in 2004 from where she subsequently earned an LL.M. degree in International Tax Planning.

Boglár works fluently in Italian and English and has knowledge of Spanish, French and German.
