Lakatos, Köves & Partners (LKT) won the "Law Firm of the Year" award for 2018, having won the same award for 2017, in the 2nd EuropaProperty.com annual Hungarian & Balkans Real Estate Awards. EuropaProperty.com is a leading Commercial Real Estate publisher and Events organiser in Central Eastern and Southern Eastern Europe. The awards gala was held on 17 January, 2019 at the Budapest Marriott Hotel attended by over a hundred representatives of investors, advisors, and other market participants. The quality and number of nominations for this inaugural award and the attendance at the event reflects the underlying and growing confidence in the region’s property markets.
