Dr. Lilla Szepsi Szűcs graduated from the Faculty of Law of ELTE University in 2003 and received a Political Theory Diploma at ELTE BTK in 2004, and a Graduate Diploma in Law at the BPP Law School, London in 2009. Before joining to our Real Estate Practice Group, Lilla was an in-house lawyer at the work-out department of a leading international bank for more than seven years, where she advised and acted for the bank and its subsidiaries in relation to their non-performing loans and repossessed real estates and provided overall legal services for the work-out, asset management and restructuring department. Lilla has extensive experience in advising on real estate transactions and financial restructuring deals.
