Kornél Dirner is a Counsel in the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice groups, advising clients across the full spectrum of corporate law matters. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital restructurings and complex corporate transactions, including related accounting aspects and capital structure matters.
Kornél has been involved in a number of high-value domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including global deals with a Hungarian nexus. In addition, he regularly represents clients in dispute resolution proceedings and insolvency matters related to his areas of expertise, bringing a pragmatic and commercially focused approach to complex situations.
He is fluent in Hungarian, English and Serbian.
