Botond Horváth is a Counsel in the firm’s Corporate practice, advising clients on a wide range of transactional, corporate and capital markets matters. He has particular expertise in structuring and negotiating joint ventures and handling related contentious issues, as well as in equity capital markets transactions and complex financial and capital markets regulatory matters. In addition to his expertise in the financial sector, he regularly supports clients across a diverse range of industries, bringing a practical and commercially focused approach to complex legal challenges.
Alongside his corporate, M&A and financial regulatory practice, Botond is also actively involved in the firm’s Private Client practice, advising high-net-worth individuals in connection with their wealth structuring and succession planning.
He holds an LL.M. from ELTE, specialising in investments, corporate finance and stock exchange law.
