Hungarian law firm Lakatos, Köves and Partners (LKT) advises Mid Europa Partners on Hungarian law aspects of the IPO of WABERER’S INTERNATIONAL Nyrt (WABERER’S). White & Case's London and Prague office acted as international legal advisor.
Trading WABERER’S shares on the Budapest Stock Exchange started on 6 July 2017 in the Equities Prime category. With a market capitalisation of approx. HUF 90 billion, WABERER’S is the sixth largest company on the Budapest Stock Exchange. WABERER’S IPO is Hungary’s biggest public listing in more than a decade.
